How do you ensure plant quality before shipping?
Every plant undergoes our rigorous 5-Point Health Check: root system evaluation, foliage inspection, organic pest prevention treatment, climate-appropriate packaging, and final approval by our head gardener.
Do you offer advice for caring for my new plants?

Where do you deliver?
We ship globally to discerning gardeners worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions) from our nursery in Charlotte, North Carolina.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two tailored shipping solutions:

Express Green Thumb Service ($12.95):
– Processed in 1-2 business days
– Delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 days after dispatch
– Ideal for seasonal plantings or gift deliveries

Leisurely Bloom Delivery (Free for orders over $50):
– Processed in 1-2 business days
– Delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after dispatch
– Perfect for combining multiple plants
How should I prepare for my plant’s arrival?
For the smoothest transition:
– Hydrate container plants immediately upon arrival
– Acclimate houseplants gradually over 3-4 days
– Plant bare-root specimens within 48 hours
– Save packaging materials for 15 days in case of return needs

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a minimum order amount?
While there’s no minimum order, orders over $50 qualify for our complimentary Leisurely Bloom Delivery via EMS.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify your order. We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible.

🔄 Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?
Our 15-Day Happiness Guarantee allows you to request replacements for damaged plants upon arrival or return unsuitable plants (customer pays return shipping). Please save all original packaging for returns.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged plants and packaging. We’ll happily replace them under our guarantee.
Can I return plants that just aren’t thriving in my garden?
While we can’t accept returns for plants that fail to thrive due to environmental factors, our plant specialists are happy to provide advice to help your plants adjust to their new home.

🌎 International Orders

Do you handle customs and import fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.
Why don’t you ship to Asia?
Due to complex agricultural import regulations and extended transit times that could compromise plant health, we currently cannot ship to Asian countries.
How are plants packaged for international shipping?
We use sustainable, climate-appropriate packaging designed to protect plants during their journey. Each shipment includes proper documentation for smooth customs clearance.
