Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order with the attention your plants deserve:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)
Gardening Tip: Our Houseplants and Groundcover Plants travel particularly well when shipped during mid-week, giving them time to acclimate before the weekend.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian regions and remote areas). Customs duties may apply for international orders.
Our Returns Promise
If your gardening purchase doesn’t flourish as expected, we offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Like pruning a Rose bush, we’ve designed this policy to balance plant health with customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Requirements
- Plants must be in original condition with intact root systems
- No signs of neglect or improper care
- Original packaging preferred
Non-Returnable Items
Some plants require special consideration, just as they require special care:
- Japanese Maple Trees (due to sensitive root systems and specialized shipping)
- Plants with opened personalized care instructions
- Seasonal “final sale” items
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Plant Concierge
Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the plants
- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive Approval
Our gardening specialists will respond within 2 business days with return authorization.
Step 3: Prepare Your Return
For the health of your plants during transit:
- Water lightly 24 hours before shipping
- Use original packaging when possible
- Mark “LIVE PLANTS – RETURN” clearly on the box
Step 4: Ship Your Return
- Use the return shipping label we provide
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Ship via original method (DHL/FedEx for Standard Shipping, EMS for Free Shipping)
Refund Details
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time:
- Credit cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Exchanges ship within 3 business days of approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Junipers, Conifers, or other plants arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of plants and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement shipping at no cost
